Due to the recent lockdown we had to suspend our garden consultation services. Once restrictions were eased, the business needed time to focus on implementing and establishing some foodscapes for our clients before the onset of summer
We have been fielding a lot of enquiries regarding our services and operations. In particularly high demand are our garden consultation services. Our online booking system is not designed to process large numbers of bookings occurring at the same time. So we thought it best to play it safe and utilize a slightly different approach to handle the initial booking requests.

Which areas do we visit?
Duncan divides his time between Melbourne and Kyneton. He limits his consults to the following Local Shire Councils:
Yarra (but NOT Yarra Ranges)
What Happens Next?
We don’t know how many requests we will receive, but based on the enquiries we’ve been fielding, it could be “a lot”.
On Monday we will collate all of the requests received and group them by location. This enables us to reduce travel time between consults so we can squeeze in as many consults as soon as we can.
Once collated and a schedule is drafted we will email you with:
- Your proposed appointment date
- A request for payment
You will have 24 hours to accept the booking and make payment. Otherwise, your time slot may be offered to someone else.
Please note, depending on the number of requests that we receive, we may not get back to you on Monday 7th December. Regardless of where we are at, we will update all those who have filled out the form by COB Friday 11th December – but will aim to do sooner than that!
What if I am unavaiable for the date I have been allocated?
Please respond to the email we send you ASAP and we will try and accommodate your needs as best as we can.
When will the standard booking form become available?
As soon as the initial rush for bookings is over we will resume taking bookings through the standard booking form. There may be a delay of a few days between this system closing and the standard booking form opening again.
